About Sundown Lawn and Irrigation LLC

The last hour of a Coeur d'Alene summer day is the generous one: heat easing, the western sky going the color of a peach over the water, sprinklers waking up across half the neighborhood at once. Sundown Lawn and Irrigation LLC lives in that hour — timers set and adjusted, heads aimed off the pavement and onto the grass, a leaking line found and repaired before it quietly drowns a corner of the yard. Mowing, trimming and edging fill the daylight ahead of it, so the same yard gets both its cut and its water from one set of hands. In autumn the systems get blown out and shut down clean, and in spring they come back up without drama. Green grass in this climate is not luck; it's timing.
