Rockwell Lawn Care

About Rockwell Lawn Care

The thaw around Person Field is never tidy: brown grass, grit washed up from the winter streets, and one warm week in late March when everything decides to grow at once. Rockwell Lawn Care meets that week head-on with a spring cleanup — debris hauled, matted turf freed up, the first cut of the year taken high so the lawn isn't shocked into it. After that comes the long steady season of mowing, trimming and running the edges along walks and drives on the older streets off Fifteenth. Autumn closes the same way it opened, with a cleanup that clears the leaves before the wet sets in. Between those two bookends the work is unremarkable and constant, which is the whole point.
