Double S Lawn Care

About Double S Lawn Care

Buhl sits on old lava, and you find it everywhere — basalt shouldering up through a side yard, rock borders stacked around a flowerbed, a retaining wall of the stuff as dark as a thunderhead. Double S Lawn Care cuts around all of it by hand, because a rock line only looks right when the grass stops exactly where the stone starts. Evening, once the wind off the rim has laid down, is a good hour for the trimming and the blow-off. Mowing through the growing months, cleanups in spring and again when the leaves let go, with the debris carried away rather than raked to the alley. A yard bordered in black rock and cut close is a sight worth slowing down for.
