About Ridgeline Property Services

October in the Wood River Valley: aspens gone yellow in the draws, frost on the north side of everything until about seven in the morning. Ridgeline Property Services spends that month on fall cleanups around Bellevue — leaves off the lawn, growth cut back, the grass left short enough to come through winter clean. The rest of the year is the steady part, mowing and edging and trimming along fences and foundations while the sagebrush ridges above town shift from green to bleached gold. Work at this elevation is all timing, and the mountains announce every bit of it. Come the melt, a lawn that was put to bed properly is the first one on the block to green up.
