About Titan Lawn & Landscape

Out on the west edge of town the streets give way to open ground, and come October the wind crosses it with nothing at all to slow it down. Jordan Creek runs bronze under the trail bridges then, the maples let go all at once, and a yard that looked finished on Friday is buried again by Sunday afternoon. Titan Lawn & Landscape meets West Des Moines in that turning season — leaves raked up and hauled off, the last cuts of the year taken a little lower, edges cut back sharp before the ground goes hard. Through the warm months it is steady mowing and trimming instead, week over week, the ordinary rhythm that keeps a lawn even rather than letting it run away. The reward shows up at dusk, when the porch lights come on over a yard that is clear, level and squared to the walk.
