About Allen Property Services

West Des Moines wakes up early for its commute into downtown, and Allen Property Services is usually out ahead of it, clearing the cul-de-sacs and cut-through streets near Ashworth Road before the first cars back out of their garages. Office parks and retail lots around Jordan Creek get plowed on their own schedule, timed so employees aren't crossing a fresh windrow just to reach the front door. Residential driveways get taken the whole way across, since a single plowed strip down the middle just refreezes into a rut by evening. Walkways get shoveled and salted as a separate pass, because a slick front step matters as much as a blocked garage. It's suburban work at suburban scale — a lot of small lots, most needing to be clear at roughly the same hour.
