About Egli Landscapes

Snow reaches Wayland across miles of open Henry County farmland, and overnight it sifts into every drive and doorway of this small southeast Iowa town. Egli Landscapes digs the town out, clearing driveways and walks so people can get to work, to school and to church. There's a hush over the town in the dark early hours, broken only by the scrape of a blade and the crunch of tires on packed white. When the sun finally comes up pink over the fields, the paths are open and the snowbanks stand square.
