About Urbandale Lawn Solutions

Some outfits take their name from a person; this one took it from the town. Urbandale Lawn Solutions works the whole spread of it — the low ground on the west side where the land rolls down and holds water, and the flat, sun-struck blocks where the turf browns first in August — mowing, trimming and edging each yard on a round that keeps pace with an Iowa growing season that never eases off once it starts. Spring comes in wet and sudden here, summer comes in hot, and fall arrives with more leaves than anyone plans for. The satisfaction is local and specific: driving home past streets you cut yourself, every edge holding its line. A town looks after itself one lawn at a time.
