About Pk Outdoor Solutions

Geese drop into the pond at Walker Johnston Park in the middle of October and the whole side of Urbandale hears about it. That is the signal the season is turning: shorter light, heavy dew that keeps the mowers idle until nine, and lawns that need the last cuts taken carefully rather than quickly. Pk Outdoor Solutions runs the full round through it — mowing, trimming, edging, and the fall cleanup that gets leaves off the turf before they mat down over winter. Through the summer the same yards are on a steady weekly cut. A lawn cleared and cut low in November greens up faster than the one next door, and that is a payoff worth waiting all winter to see.
