About Lawn Legends LLC

July evenings on the side streets off Hickman Road hold their light forever, and when the mowers finally shut down the fireflies come up out of the fresh-cut grass like the yard is exhaling. Lawn Legends LLC spends those long days on the Urbandale rounds — mowing, trimming, edging, then blowing the walks clean so nothing green is left on the concrete. Midsummer here is humid and generous, and grass takes full advantage, which is why the schedule holds week to week instead of whenever it looks tall. The reward is a lawn that stays even instead of swinging between shaggy and scalped. Pull up at dusk and the stripes are still visible in the last of the light.
