About Triple S Tree Service LLC

Along the wooded lanes above East Okoboji, an ice storm can leave as much work on the ground as the plow leaves on the road — a split cottonwood limb across a driveway, a spruce bent low enough to drag its needles in the snow. Triple S Tree Service LLC works those lake-cottage roads through the winter months, clearing storm debris in the same pass as the snow itself so a driveway isn't just plowed but actually passable. Arnolds Park sits shuttered and dark for the season down the shoreline, its roller coaster outlined against a sky that turns iron-gray by four in the afternoon. Between the shoreline cottages and the county roads that feed them, the crew moves house to house before dusk closes in early. It's a lake town's quiet winter, and the driveways still need clearing whether the summer crowds are there to see it or not.
