About Lakes Tree Services

Near the north end of East Okoboji Lake, a late-winter storm can drop the heavy, wet kind of snow that bows spruce boughs low and packs into driveways like damp sand. Lakes Tree Services meets it head-on, plowing drives open and scraping walks clear of the sodden load. There is a muffled beauty to Spirit Lake under a March snowfall, the evergreens silvered and the streets gone quiet. The goal is to let people admire that scene instead of wrestling with it at the end of a shovel. When the thaw finally comes, it arrives to clear pavement.
