About Thayer And Son's Lawn Services

October is the hinge of the year in Shellsburg: leaves skittering down quiet streets, grain trucks rumbling along the county roads, the last mow of the season done in a sweatshirt. Thayer And Son's Lawn Services carries yards through that turn, mowing and trimming while the grass still grows and switching to snow removal once the ground goes hard. A lawn left neat in fall wakes up cleaner in spring, and a drive opened after each storm keeps the household on schedule. The results are small and plain to see: a tidy front yard in autumn, a cleared stoop in January, a mailbox the carrier can actually reach. On Shellsburg's blocks, neighbors notice whose yard looks cared for, and that's reason enough to do it well.
