About Irwin Property Professionals LLC

Sac City keeps the world's largest popcorn ball in a glass case downtown, an odd point of pride for a town otherwise built on flat, dark ground along the Raccoon River. Irwin Property Professionals LLC clears that same downtown block first on a snow morning — the walk past the courthouse, the case, the corner storefronts — before turning to residential driveways nearby. The river runs low and slow at the edge of town, and cold reaches the streets closest to it before anywhere else in Sac City. From there the crew heads out toward Wall Lake and Odebolt, farm approach after farm approach set flat against Sac County's open ground. The popcorn ball's case catches its first light of the day over a block already bare and salted, same as it does most winters.
