About Mountain Movers Dirt Work LLC

There are no mountains in Wright County, so in winter Mountain Movers Dirt Work LLC builds a few of its own: tall white heaps shoved to the edges of lots after a Rowan snowfall. The land around Rowan lies open and level, and when a north wind gets going it can sculpt drifts across a driveway faster than anyone can find a shovel. A dirt-work outfit is used to moving heavy ground, and that same muscle goes into snow removal, carving lanes back to the road and squaring off the piles. On the clear, bitter morning after a storm, the cleared drives look like fresh ink on white paper. Hard weather, met with heavy equipment and patience, is good work to see finished.
