About Bo's Outdoor Solutions

Roland is small enough that Bo's Outdoor Solutions can clear the whole town in the time it takes the rest of Story County to finish breakfast, working the short residential grid first and then the farm-to-market roads running out toward Zearing and McCallsburg. Ames sits close enough that some mornings its commuter traffic starts moving before full daylight, so the county road gets priority right alongside Main Street. Snow here tends to arrive off open fields rather than build up slow, piling hardest wherever a tree line breaks for a driveway or a mailbox. The crew works those breaks first, since that's where a plow does the most good the fastest. Roland's few businesses swing their doors open onto a town gone entirely bare under a wide, pale sky.
