Rhoades Lawn Services

About Rhoades Lawn Services

Late in the year, harvest dust drifts into Rhodes from the surrounding fields, and the yard trees start letting their leaves go onto the grass. That is when Rhoades Lawn Services gets to work. Leaves are raked and hauled off, the last mowings of autumn go down, and beds and borders are tidied before the ground turns hard. Central Iowa light goes amber early this time of year, and a cleared lawn catches it evenly from the sidewalk to the back fence. It is hands-on autumn work, and it leaves a yard ready to rest through the cold and come back green when spring returns.
