About Lockridge, Inc

Few towns carry a name as hopeful as Promise City, a small Wayne County community in the green hills of far southern Iowa, not far from the Missouri line. Lockridge, Inc keeps that promise practical, mowing and trimming lawns when the hills are lush and plowing and shoveling out driveways when winter comes over the ridges. In May the yards here all but glow after a rain, and a new cut lays them out smooth as a tablecloth. In January the reward is a cleared drive glinting in low sun, the path to the road open and sure. Both seasons, one idea: a place made ready for whatever the day holds.
