About Iowa Landscapes LLC

Pleasantville's Main Street sits close and low against the Marion County hills, and its narrow sidewalks fill fast whenever wind funnels snow down off the ridge toward Otley. Iowa Landscapes LLC works the square first — the storefront walks, the corner by the diner — before the shops unlock for the day, then moves out to driveways on the residential blocks behind it. Toward evening the crew swings out past the edge of town, catching the last lots near Prairie City and Runnells before dark. Salt goes down behind every pass, so drivers heading into Knoxville the next morning find dry concrete instead of glare ice. It's quiet work that the town rarely sees happen, only the bare pavement it leaves behind.
