About CMA Land Improvements LLC

Before the sun clears the bluffs above Lake Red Rock, CMA Land Improvements LLC has already got a blade down on the gravel roads that ring Pleasantville, working the curves toward Knoxville and Otley. Marion County doesn't do flat ground, and a plow out here has to read every dip and rise the way a farmer reads his own fields. The crew opens farm lanes back toward the timber before the school buses leave the yard, then turns to driveways on the in-town blocks and the commercial stretch toward Pella. What's left behind is one clean line cut through a white morning, mailbox to mailbox, ridge to ridge. Pleasantville gets its horizon back before most of the county is even up.
