Perla's Handyman Services

About Perla's Handyman Services

On the residential streets closer to downtown Perry, where porches sit close to the sidewalk and neighbors still wave from across a snowy yard, Perla's Handyman Services works the small, particular jobs that keep a block livable through winter, a walk shoveled here, a set of icy steps salted there. This is house-by-house work, the kind that means knowing which neighbor needs their walk cleared before they head out for the day and which porch light stays on late because someone works a night shift. Perry's older neighborhoods, built close and walkable, don't always suit a big plow truck, so a shovel and a steady hand do more good on these blocks than heavier equipment ever could. Snow falls the same everywhere in town, but the care taken clearing a single set of front steps looks different from one street to the next. By evening, the porch lights along these blocks shine down onto bare concrete instead of ice.
