About Omega Lawns & Landscaping

West of Pella the land opens and the sun goes down slow over the fields, giving an extra half hour of working light to whoever wants it. Omega Lawns & Landscaping usually wants it — the last lawn of the day gets mowed, trimmed and edged with the same care as the first one at eight in the morning. Long summer days in Iowa are made for this: grass that grows through every warm night, and a route that keeps pace with it. Trimming brings the fence lines and foundations level with the cut, and edging gives the whole property a defined outline. Finishing a yard as the light turns amber, with the walks clear and the lines even, is about as good as the trade gets.
