About Diamond Landscaping

Late August in Pella has its own sound: cicadas in the oaks over by Central College, and somewhere a mower finishing a last pass before dark. Diamond Landscaping keeps lawns cut and trimmed through that season and the ones on either side of it, working yards across town on a regular rotation. Big open lawns get the long straight lines; the tight ones between houses get handled by hand, trimmed close and edged clean where the walk meets the turf. Central Iowa grass gets tired by the end of summer, so the height comes up a notch and the cut stays gentle until the September rains bring the color back. The measure of a good day is simple — every yard left even, every walk clear, nothing tracked onto the drive.
