Ottumwa Mow & Snow

About Ottumwa Mow & Snow

Morning in Ottumwa comes up the valley, fog off the Des Moines River sliding under the bridges before the sun lifts it off the grass. Ottumwa Mow & Snow works those early hours, when dew still weighs the blades down and a mower leaves a clean dark stripe behind it. Mowing, trimming and edging across a river town's yards — the kind of work a neighbor notices most as one straight line where the turf meets the walk. There is a real satisfaction in standing back from a finished lawn with everything squared away before the heat climbs over Wapello County. The work reaches through Ottumwa and out to Agency, Eldon, Eddyville and Blakesburg.
