About J.K. Services

Highways 63 and 92 cross at Oskaloosa, and people have been finding this town along those two lines for a long while. J.K. Services keeps to the smaller grid inside them — yards, corner lots and parking strips mowed, trimmed and edged on a schedule you could set a week by. Late-summer evenings are the good hours for it, the air going soft, the final pass finishing just as the light gives out. Fertilizing, weed control and aeration keep the turf ready for whatever the next stretch of weather asks of it, with cleanups bracketing spring and fall. Small work repeated well is most of what a neighborhood is actually made of.
