About Kick Ash Tree Services

Onawa's Main Street is wide enough that snow can pile up down the center median as thick as it does along the curbs, a detail that makes clearing it a bigger job than a town this size might suggest. Kick Ash Tree Services works that street along with the residential blocks around it, clearing driveways and sidewalks under the bare branches lining so many of Onawa's older yards. A storm moving through can drop snow unevenly block to block, catching heavy in the bigger boulevard trees on one street while leaving the next nearly bare. The crew reads each block that way, clearing the wide street's full width before working outward into the neighborhoods, taking each driveway to bare pavement in turn. By the time Onawa's shops open along that oversized Main Street, both sides of it are usually clear.
