About TLC Property Services

Along Forevergreen Road the parking lots are still empty at first light, and the grass strips between them hold enough dew to soak a boot. TLC Property Services is out in that window, getting the mowing, trimming and edging done before the first car turns in and the day starts making demands. Property work rewards consistency: the same rotation, the same crisp lines at the entrance island, walks blown clean so nothing tracks inside. Fertilization and weed control keep the turf presentable through an Iowa summer that tests it, and the fall cleanup clears the leaves before they mat down on the drives. The point is a place that looks cared for at seven in the morning, every morning.
