About Winward Property Improvements LLC

South of Des Moines, past the last of the suburbs, New Virginia sits in the folded hills of Warren County, where the roads dip and rise and every crest shows another stretch of farmland. Late summer is a test out here: August heat browns the edges, then September rain wakes everything up again in a hurry. Winward Property Improvements meets that second growth with a sharp blade and a patient eye, bringing yards back to an even, deep green as the evenings cool. The name speaks of a property improved, and that is the measure — a lawn that looks better at the end of the visit than at the start, with the edge along the drive as crisp as a pencil line. By the time the soybean fields start to yellow, the whole place looks ready for fall.
