S&R Lawncare & Snow Removal

About S&R Lawncare & Snow Removal

At four in the morning in January the river fog freezes onto everything, and plow lights are the only color on the street. S&R Lawncare & Snow Removal is out in it — opening drives and lots, shoveling walks and steps, salting the ice that glazes over behind the blade — so people find a clear path before they find their coffee. Once the thaw comes the same trucks turn to mowing, trimming, edging and the spring cleanup. Two halves of one year, and both of them are about getting there first. A drive cleared before dawn is a small thing that changes somebody's whole morning.
