Pearl City Lawn & Pest Control

About Pearl City Lawn & Pest Control

Muscatine earned its Pearl City name from the button shops that once cut shell pulled out of the Mississippi, and the town still draws that river humidity up into August. Pearl City Lawn & Pest Control works the season all that heat and damp brings on — mowing and trimming through the thick of summer, along with treatments for the grubs, ants and turf insects that follow wet ground. Edging, weed control and seasonal cleanups round out the calendar. Heavy air makes a lawn touchy, so timing and cut height get adjusted rather than forced. Grass that stays green and stays quiet under bare feet is the whole ambition here.
