About Bazan’s Lawn Care & Services

South of town the ground turns to sand — Muscatine Island soil, the kind that raises melons all summer and swallows a downpour in an hour. Bazan's Lawn Care & Services mows across that stretch and back up into the city, reading grass that thins on light ground and thickens where the loam takes over. The week runs to mowing, trimming, edging, bed weeding and cleanup work, with the heavier hauling handled as it turns up. In August, with melon trucks on the highway and the air standing still, the crew starts early and finishes clean. A yard kept on schedule from April to frost — that is the whole promise.
