About Lane Property Services LLC

Moville sits close enough to the Loess Hills that the ground starts to roll just past the edge of town, but the streets themselves stay flat and plain, laid out in the simple grid of a farming town built around its elevator. Lane Property Services LLC works that grid house by house through the winter, clearing driveways and sidewalks on streets that see little traffic beyond the people who live on them. Wind off the open fields west of town can turn a light snow into real work by driving it into drifts against garages and fence lines that a bare inch count wouldn't predict. The crew starts early enough to have most of Moville clear before anyone needs the highway toward Sioux City, sizing each property to its own conditions rather than running one pass through town. It's quiet, unhurried work suited to a place where everybody's driveway empties onto a street they've driven a thousand times.
