About Hudson Property Services LLC

On a July evening the light in Mount Pleasant goes long and gold across the old brick and the big maples on the Iowa Wesleyan campus, and for one hour every lawn in town looks better than it did at noon. Hudson Property Services LLC works toward that hour — grass cut at a height that holds its moisture through the heat, borders trimmed by hand where a deck can't reach, walks blown clean so nothing gets tracked indoors. Southeast Iowa weather is generous and rough in the same week; storms stack up on the western horizon over open ground and land all together, and afterward a yard needs attention more than admiration. Fallen limbs picked up, soft ground kept free of ruts, wet clippings kept off the sidewalk instead of smeared down it. It is property care measured one address at a time, in the plain hope the place looks tended when its people pull in.
