About Advanced Earthworks LLC

In Montrose the Mississippi spreads wide and slow, and on a grey January afternoon you can watch ice plates grinding past with the Illinois shore at Nauvoo pale across the water. Advanced Earthworks LLC turns its attention to snow removal in this river town, pushing back the drifts on driveways and parking areas after storms sweep in over the open water. Wind has room to run across a river this broad, and it packs snow hard into corners and against garage doors. The cut goes through it square and deliberate, leaving wide lanes and banks shoved well out of the way of the next round. When the clouds part and a low sun lights the ice, Montrose's lots and drives lie open beneath it.
