Grind and Shine Property Services

About Grind and Shine Property Services

In Middle Amana the old brick and sandstone houses still wear grapevines trained up wooden trellises on their walls, and on a summer evening the village smells of cut grass and sun-warmed stone. Grind and Shine Property Services works those yards with lawn care that suits the setting: careful mowing and trimming that let the historic homes stand out rather than compete with them. Come winter the colony turns lamplit and still, and snow heaps soft against the stoops long before sunrise. That is when the crew is out clearing driveways and front walks, so the first footsteps of the morning land on bare pavement instead of drifts. The name says it plainly: put in the grind, and let the place shine.
