About MaxTurf

Come evening, Maxwell settles: the grain elevator throws a long shadow down toward Highway 210, and the gravel grid beyond town goes gold. MaxTurf keeps the lawns along those blocks even and green through the central Iowa summer, mowing on a steady weekly turn, trimming close to fence lines and mailbox posts, treating for weeds and feeding the turf when it asks for it. Autumn brings the leaf work and the last cut of the year; the thaw brings the wake-up cleanup that starts it all over. A lawn here has to stand up to open sky, hot July wind, and whatever comes across the prairie in between. The pleasure of the work is simple — pull away, look back, and see a yard that holds its shape.
