About Thomas Taylor Designs LLC

April out at Grimes Farm is all thaw and intention — timber greening from the bottom up, trails gone soft, everything on the verge of becoming itself. Thomas Taylor Designs LLC works in that same tense, planning a yard before it exists: bed lines drawn, plantings placed, turf shaped and mowed so the whole idea holds together. A design stays a sketch until somebody edges it and keeps it edged, week after week. The pleasure is in watching a Marshalltown lot travel from paper to shade over a couple of seasons, then stay looking the way it was meant to look. Spring here gives you one honest window to start, and it is worth catching.
