Lawn brothers

About Lawn brothers

April at Anson Park: dandelions coming up all at once, kids out on the grass, and suddenly every yard in the neighborhood a week behind. Lawn brothers move through Marshalltown with two mowers running and a trimmer following, which is how a lot of ground gets covered before the afternoon turns hot. Mowing, edging, string trimming, spring cleanup — the ordinary list, done on the day it was promised. Grass that gets cut on a real schedule stops feeling like a chore and starts looking like a lawn. Block after block, that is the whole ambition.
