About Pederson Property Services LLC

The Granger House sits on its quiet corner of Marion like a hinge between the town's past and its present, and the older residential blocks around it — narrow lots, deep porches, driveways laid down long before two-car garages were standard — get particular attention from Pederson Property Services LLC. Snow behaves differently on those older lots, drifting against low retaining walls and porch steps in ways a newer subdivision never sees. The crew works those tight driveways by hand as much as by blade, careful around old stonework and mature plantings that a wider machine might not respect. There's something to be said for clearing a driveway narrower and harder than most, leaving the kind of clean path that makes an old house look cared for even in the dead of winter. Marion holds onto its history in blocks like that one, and the work here tries to hold up its end.
