Lawn Care

About Lawn Care

Uptown Marion has a brick-and-awning charm, with City Square Park at its center and older homes spreading outward under broad shade trees. Lawn Care, as this Marion business is plainly called, keeps local yards trim from the first flush of spring to the final cut of autumn. Late September is a favorite stretch: the light turns honeyed, the air cools, and a lawn just mown looks almost like velvet before the leaves begin to drop. Mowing, trimming around trunks and beds, and tidying the edges make up the everyday work. In a town where porches still face the street, a neat lawn is a friendly hello to the neighbors.
