About Bolton Property Services

On Marion's west side, where cul-de-sacs curl back on themselves and driveways run wide and shared with two-car garages, Bolton Property Services works a different kind of winter route than the older blocks closer to downtown. These streets give snow more room to drift before it hits a driveway, piling deep against garage doors overnight while the wind has nowhere to break. The crew works the loop of each cul-de-sac in one continuous pass, then peels off down each driveway in turn, leaving a clean fan of pavement in front of every garage. It's newer Marion, built out over recent decades, but the logic is old: clear it before the first car needs to leave for work. A whole cul-de-sac open by 6:30, wind still gusting like it never stopped overnight, counts as a real morning's work.
