Humphries Lawn Care

About Humphries Lawn Care

Little Sioux sits where the Loess Hills give up their last ridge and the Missouri bottom opens out flat to the west. Wind is the constant here and it does half the drying; grass down in the bottoms comes on fast and heavy, while yards pressed up against the hills go tawny by August. Humphries Lawn Care mows, trims and edges through all of it, matching the cut to whichever kind of ground a place happens to sit on. On a clear evening from up on the byway you can see three counties' worth of river haze, and back in town the lawns lie cut level as a table. Harrison County is not a large place, but it is a place worth keeping neat.
