About Gilbert Lawn Care and Snow Removal LLC

At four in the morning in January, Knoxville is nothing but streetlight and blowing white, and Highway 92 is a rumor. That is when Gilbert Lawn Care and Snow Removal LLC is already out, opening driveways so the first coffee of the day happens on time and nobody has to shovel a path to the car. The same ground gets the other half of the year too — mowing from the first warm week through the last, trimming, keeping edges honest all summer. Iowa hands a place two completely different jobs on the same square of ground, and doing both means knowing where every drive, culvert and sidewalk sits under the snow. There is real satisfaction in a cleared drive before dawn and a cut lawn before supper.
