About Premier Property Services

Storms cross Polk County from the southwest with plenty of warning — the sky over Johnston goes green-gray, the cottonwoods flash their pale undersides, and an hour later the whole town is dripping and lit up gold. Premier Property Services plans around weather like that all summer, because grass does not wait: what got rained out on Tuesday gets cut Wednesday evening while the ground is still soft. The care lives in the details after a wet stretch — the right blade height, wheel marks kept off, the trimmer run around downspouts and posts, wet clippings lifted rather than left in clumps. Lawns here take rain hard and grow fast, and staying ahead of them is most of the craft. When it is finished, a yard sits quiet and level, the way it ought to look after a storm has passed.
