About Green Keepers Lawn & Landscape | Quality Lawn Mowing, Affordable Lawn Care Service, Reliable Landscaping Services

West of Johnston the restored prairie above Saylorville Lake goes coppery at dusk, big bluestem leaning into whatever wind is left of the day. Green Keepers often finishes its route in that last hour of June light, when mowing stripes across a front yard read like corduroy and the air finally lets go of the heat. A lawn is a small managed grassland, and it answers the same attention the prairie asks for: cut at the right height, cut often, borders kept sharp, nothing scalped. The rounds run through Johnston's neighborhoods and out toward the lake road, mow after mow, along with the bed and landscape upkeep that keeps plantings from creeping into turf. Evening is the reward — machines quiet, stripes lying flat, the whole yard reading level from the street.
