About 4 Season Services LLC

From Highway 20, the first thing you see of Jesup is the grain elevator standing over the rooftops, the same marker whether the fields around it are green in June or scraped white in January. 4 Season Services LLC takes its name seriously — this is the crew still out working when Buchanan County's summer mowing routes have gone quiet and the cornstalks left standing in the fields are rimmed in frost instead of dew. A town built along an old rail line doesn't sprawl much, so the truck can cover Jesup's short grid of streets in a tight loop, clearing driveways before the school buses start their own rounds. Ice tends to form first in the shadow of the elevator and the grain bins nearby, where the sun never gets a clean angle in December, and that's where the route starts. By the time the rest of the county is stirring, the loop is finished and the truck is idling at the edge of town, ready for whatever the sky does next.
