MRL Property Maintenance

About MRL Property Maintenance

Monday morning on the Highway 6 corridor, before the lots fill, is when the mowers move through the apartment lawns and business frontages along Riverside Drive. MRL Property Maintenance keeps that ground on a tight rotation — mowing, string trimming around sign bases and light poles, edging the long curb lines, and clearing walks so the first arrivals of the day step onto concrete instead of clippings. Fertilization and weed control run on schedule; spring and fall cleanups reset a whole property at once. Iowa City's south and west strips take a beating from traffic and hard weather, and a maintained turf edge is what makes a building look open. Done early, done quietly, finished before the day gets going.
