JV Lawn Care

About JV Lawn Care

July in City Park is cicadas, cottonwood shade and heat standing still over the old oxbow. Lawns in that stretch of Iowa City go through it fast — thin in the sun, thick under the trees, wanting a different height in the same yard. JV Lawn Care mows to the season rather than the calendar, trims tight around play sets and fence lines, edges the walks, and puts every clipping back where it belongs. When the humid stretch finally breaks, aeration and overseeding return the worn patches to the game. It's a good feeling, pulling away from a yard that looks cooler than it did an hour ago.
