About Franklin Property Maintenance LLC

The first frost on the east side of Iowa City comes in low and white across the lawns along Scott Boulevard, and underneath it the grass keeps growing a while yet. Franklin Property Maintenance LLC stays with those properties as long as the turf is moving — mowing while there is growth, trimming the perimeters, edging walks and drives so the boundaries hold their shape. Nothing is left scattered on the concrete when the work wraps. The fall cleanup strips a yard down before the ground locks up, and the spring cleanup opens it back up once it thaws. Large lot or small, the finish reads the same: even, clean-lined and done.
