About CM Scapes

West of town the land opens toward Clear Creek and Tiffin, and September sends the wind across it in long warm pushes that bend the grass flat before it springs back up. CM Scapes mows that stretch of Iowa City and its western edges, timing each cut to how fast the turf is actually growing rather than to the calendar. Trimming handles the mailbox, the light post and the fence corners; edging draws the drive back to a line. Clippings get blown off the hard surfaces every visit. The spring and fall cleanups bracket the year, and in between a yard simply looks like someone is paying attention to it.
